How many sessions does it take to notice improvement?

I have worked with clients in short-term (2-3 sessions) and longer-term (2-3 years) therapy. The frequency and duration of therapy is entirely up to you, and depends on the issue(s) you bring to therapy, your goals, time, and resources. I often recommend to new clients to start with at least a few sessions (weekly or biweekly) to get a feel for the modality we are using (Gestalt or music therapy) and then we will check-in to see how you are feeling, and if there have been any changes, developments, or stuck points. We create goals and assess progress collaboratively.

Sessions are currently only offered online, weeknights only.

Virtual sessions are offered via Zoom for Healthcare, which is HIPAA, GDPR, & PHIPA/PIPEDA compliant, meeting worldwide security requirements.

Sessions are held on weekday evenings.
